Sweet corn cake with guava paste

Misture no liquidificador o ovo, o leite, o óleo, o açúcar, o fubá e bata bem.

Despeje a mistura em uma tigela, e misture com a farinha e o fermento em pó.

Despeje a massa em uma forma untada com manteiga e farinha, e acrescente as goiabadas picadas em cubos e enfarinhada ( pra não colar no fundo da forma) 

Leve ao forno médio (180° C), preaquecido, por 40 minutos.

Mix the egg, milk, oil, sugar, cornmeal in a blender and beat well.

Pour the mixture into a bowl, and mix with the flour and baking powder.

Pour the dough in a greased shape with butter and flour, and add the chopped guava in cubes and floured (so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the shape)

Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 40 minutes.
