2 cups of wheat flour. | 1 Gem | 5 tablespoons of butter. | 1 box of condensed milk2 cup

Pasta : In a bowl, place the flour, the yolk and the butter. Mix with your hands until the dough comes off the bottom of the bowl.
In a shape (no need to grease) place the dough and spread it with your fingertips, make holes in the dough with the fork.
Pour the box of condensed milk into the raw dough and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 15 min. or until golden a little on top as in the photo
Remove from the oven, let it cool down and put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Then you can unmold and serve. Looks wonderful!!
