- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Margarine1 teaspoon
- Edible coloring1 to taste
- Grape Italy1/2 kg
- Confectioner's sugar200 g
- Bring the condensed milk and margarine to a boil, stirring constantly, until it forms a brigadeiro. When it is ungluing from the pan, remove from the heat and pour into a refractory greased with butter. When cold, add the icing sugar little by little, until it doesn't stick to your hands, taking care not to make the dough hard and dry, the sugar is to give the consistency of rolling the grapes. Add a drop of green food coloring or your chosen color to the dough. Cut the grapes with scissors leaving a little of the stem so the grapes don't burst and release water. Separate small portions of the dough, open and wrap the grapes, if it's sticking, just apply icing sugar with your hands. Enjoy your food. 😍😍😍😍
