  • Milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup

  1. In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and butter.
  2. Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture (you can beat by hand)
  3. Mix the flour, milk and essence, beat.
  4. At the end add the yeast.
  5. The syrup is like a pudding. In a pan add the sugar over low heat until it melts. Then add a little water.
  6. Cut the avocado into slices
  7. Place them in the bottom of the form, without greasing.
  8. Put the syrup, add the dough and arrange with the spoon.
  9. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. But this can vary from oven to oven.
  10. When it's 30 minutes, you can open it to see if it's good.
  11. Don't forget to unmold right after taking it out of the oven. Because caramel can harden and not come out of shape.
