- grated coconut100 g
- Milk1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat eggs and sugar for 5 minutes
- Add the oil, cream, regular milk, corn and coconut, beat until well blended.
- Add the polenta or milharina
- Finally the yeast, mix well in a separate bowl.
- Put it in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
