  • Oil1/3 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, except the can of corn and baking powder, blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Then add the can of corn and beat very little, for approximately 10 seconds, so that pieces of corn remain.
  3. After mixing everything, add the yeast. Give it a light tap, very quickly, just to mix the yeast into the dough.
  4. Grease the mold with oil and SUGAR. That's right, no flour... The sugar leaves a caramelized and beautiful texture on the outside.
  5. Pour the cake mixture into the greased pan, and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown on the outside. Before turning off the oven, prick with a fork and see if it comes out clean. If so, your cake is ready. Now just wait for it to cool a little, unmold and enjoy this delight.
