- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Place all ingredients in a blender, except the can of corn and baking powder, blend for 30 seconds.
- Then add the can of corn and beat very little, for approximately 10 seconds, so that pieces of corn remain.
- After mixing everything, add the yeast. Give it a light tap, very quickly, just to mix the yeast into the dough.
- Grease the mold with oil and SUGAR. That's right, no flour... The sugar leaves a caramelized and beautiful texture on the outside.
- Pour the cake mixture into the greased pan, and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown on the outside. Before turning off the oven, prick with a fork and see if it comes out clean. If so, your cake is ready. Now just wait for it to cool a little, unmold and enjoy this delight.
