- In a bowl put: Condensed milk, egg, butter and vinegar mix well and add the three and a half cups of wheat with your hands, finally put the yeast, mix again. Dough does not stick to hands
- Flour a worktop, take a piece of the dough and open it with a rolling pin (thickness + or - a finger) cut with something round (cup, cup..) then with a smaller round container make a future in the middle I used the oil cap do this all over the dough.
- Fry in hot oil, turning sides until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, roll in cinnamon sugar and enjoy.
