- Butter4 tablespoon
- warm milk1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- 100% chocolate powder1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Yeast powder1 tablespoon
- Put everything in a blender, except the flour and baking powder, and blend for about 2 minutes.
- Add the flour and beat a little more, just to mix everything together.
- Add the yeast and press the pulse twice. Don't hit too much.
- Put it in a greased shape with butter and flour and take it to the preheated oven, at 180º, for 40 min.
- If you want, make a syrup with milk, butter, chocolate and sugar and put it on top.
