- Wheat Flour (Dough)3 cup
- Sugar (Dough)2 cup
- Chocolate powder (mass)1 cup
- Milk (Dough)1 cup
- Egg (dough)3 unit(s)
- Margarine (Dough)2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder (Dough)1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Chocolate Powder4 tablespoon
- Strawberry (box)1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, beat the sugar with the margarine until it forms a very fluffy cream.
- Add the eggs and mix well until incorporated.
- Add the wheat flour, chocolate powder and milk and mix until a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Finally, add the baking powder
- Place this dough in a greased baking dish with margarine and sprinkled with chocolate chips and bake in a medium oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- For the brigadeiro, in a pan, add condensed milk, chocolate powder and margarine and stir over medium/low heat until thickened.
- Let it cool and pour over the cake.
- Decorate with the strawberries.
