- Sugar1/2 cup
- Milk powder1 cup
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Cook the rice with just water until it is very soft.
- When the rice water dries, add the boiled milk, sugar and mix well.
- When it starts to bubble, add the condensed milk, powdered milk dissolved in a little bit of milk, and mix well.
