Recipe

colorless unflavored gelatin (6g) hydrated in 3 tablespoons of boiling water (30ml)1/2 unit(s)
Sour cream2 unit(s)
Condensed milk1 unit(s)
Oreo Stuffed Biscuit10 unit(s)
Optional: mini oreo pack1 unit(s)

Hydrate the gelatin with the boiling water, stir well and set aside;
Place the cream, condensed milk in the blender, add the filling of the cookies and beat on high speed for 2 minutes;
Add the hydrated gelatin and let it beat for another 2 minutes;
Turn off the blender, break the cookies into the mixture, stir well with a spoon and pour into a bowl;
Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until firm.
Remove from the fridge, decorate and serve.
