- Berries1 cup
- Culinary sweetener2 tablespoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Note: I only used strawberries and blueberries, but use whatever fruit you like.
- Chop the strawberries and place in a small pan along with the other fruits.
- Add the sweetener and water and cook over low heat. Stir from time to time.
- After about 15 minutes, it should already have the consistency of jelly with pieces of fruit. If you prefer it with less pieces, press it with a wooden spoon and let it cook a little longer.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
