- Oat flakes3 tablespoon
- Water150 ml
- Peanut Butter1 tablespoon
- Granola to taste
- Salt (a pinch) to taste
- Place the rolled oats, water and a pinch of salt in a pan. Stir until creamy;
- Remove the oatmeal from the pan and add a tablespoon of your favorite peanut butter, I used one that has zero added sugar.
- I put granola on top, but it's delicious to put fruit too.
