Skimmed milk125 ml
Light cream1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence1 coffee spoon
Corn Starch1/2 tablespoon
Culinary sweetener2 tablespoon
Chopped Strawberries1/2 cup
Seedless Green Grapes1/2 cup
Seedless purple grape1/2 cup

Dissolve the starch in a little milk. Put it in a pan along with the rest of the milk and the culinary sweetener. Cook over low heat until thickened. Turn off the fire.
Add the cream and vanilla essence and mix well.
Put some of the cream in the bottom of a glass or bowl, and layer with the fruits and cream. Finish with fruit and take it to freeze.
Tip: use the fruits you prefer: mangoes, blueberries, peaches, etc...
