- Boiled pumpkin squash200 g
- Oat flour60 g
- Oat flakes60 g
- Almond flour50 g
- Coconut Flour70 g
- Culinary sweetener of your choice1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Skimmed milk or coconut milk1 cup
- grated coconut2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- 70% chocolate chips2 tablespoon
- Mash the cooked pumpkin and add the other ingredients.
- Mix well with a spatula.
- Place in a greased and infarinhada shape and take it to the preheated oven at 200° for about 40 minutes.
- It's a moist, light and very tasty cake! Enjoy!
