- Natural yogurt1 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Ripe dwarf banana4 unit(s)
- Xylitol Sweetener1/2 cup
- Black raisin1 cup
- Oat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar-free granola to taste
- In the blender, beat the bananas, eggs, natural yogurt, coconut oil and xylitol sweetener until smooth.
- In a bowl or bowl put the oatmeal and add the mixture beaten in the blender
- Stir well until smooth
- Add the raisins (you can dip them in a little oatmeal first so they don't sink into the cake) and mix well.
- Finally add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Grease a round mold with a removable bottom with a little butter and oat bran.
- Put the dough in the form
- Place the granola on top of the dough in the amount you want
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely and unmold.
- Store in the fridge if the climate is too hot in your city to increase durability 😉
