  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Coconut oil1/2 cup
  • Whole wheat flour1 cup
  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Grape seedless1/2 cup
  • Granola1/2 cup
  1. Blend the two bananas, milk, eggs and oil together with the raisins in a blender, leaving some for decoration.
  2. In a bowl, sift the wheat flour, yeast and oat flour. Add the liquid part and mix until it forms a homogeneous mass.
  3. Grease the mold with coconut oil, pour half of the recipe, cut the banana into strips and place as if it were a filling, put the rest of the mixture on top.
  4. Place the rest of the raisins and the granola on top, place in the preheated oven and remove when the fork no longer comes out dirty. Only unmold when it is completely cold, as the middle will be softer because of the banana.
