- Raisins1 cup

- Oat flour1 cup
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Xanthan Gum1 teaspoon
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- You will use 1 apple to mix with the cake batter, 1 chopped apple without skin to mix with the cake batter and 1 thinly sliced apple to decorate the cake.
- Beat the eggs, coconut oil, raisins, 1 apple in a blender.
- In a bowl, mix the flours with the cinnamon, xanthan gum and salt.
- Add the liquid part with the flours and mix well. Place the other apple chopped into cubes and without the skin and mix until smooth.
- Add the yeast and stir gently.
- Put the cake dough in a greased form. It can be a cake pan or an English cake pan. Decorate the top with sliced apples.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick test.
- NOTE: The dough is not liquid.
