Raisins1 cup
Apple3 unit(s)
Oat flour1 cup
Oat flakes1 cup
Coconut oil1/2 cup
Cinnamon1 teaspoon
Xanthan Gum1 teaspoon
Pinch of salt1 to taste
Baking powder1 tablespoon

You will use 1 apple to mix with the cake batter, 1 chopped apple without skin to mix with the cake batter and 1 thinly sliced apple to decorate the cake.
Beat the eggs, coconut oil, raisins, 1 apple in a blender.
In a bowl, mix the flours with the cinnamon, xanthan gum and salt.
Add the liquid part with the flours and mix well. Place the other apple chopped into cubes and without the skin and mix until smooth.
Add the yeast and stir gently.
Put the cake dough in a greased form. It can be a cake pan or an English cake pan. Decorate the top with sliced apples.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick test.
NOTE: The dough is not liquid.
