  • 2 cups of sugar320 g
  • Eggs5 unit(s)
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour250 g
  • 1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts120 g
  • 1 1/2 cup milk300 ml
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
  • 2 cups of cold whipped cream400 ml
  • 1 cup peanut butter180 g
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk50 g
  • Chopped semisweet chocolate200 g
  • 1 box of sour cream200 g
  1. In a blender place the peanuts, milk, 1 1/2 cup of sugar, eggs and beat well for 2 minutes.
  2. In a bowl pour the beaten liquid, add the wheat flour and mix until smooth. Add the baking powder and mix gently to incorporate.
  3. Grease a rectangular shape with margarine, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  4. For the frosting, in a container place the chopped semisweet chocolate, the cream and microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
  5. For the filling, in a bowl, place the chilled whipped cream and beat until doubled in volume. Add powdered milk, 1/2 cup sugar, peanut butter and beat again until smooth.
  6. Unmold the cold cake, cut it in half lengthwise, return a part of the dough to the pan, place the filling and spread it out evenly.
  7. Place the other part of the dough on top, add the topping and spread. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
