- Lemon Jelly40 g
- unflavored gelatin12 g
- condensed milk395 g
- sour cream200 g
- very hot water250 ml
- cold water250 ml
- milk250 ml
- from nest milk or any other1 cup
- Beat the condensed milk, the cream, the milk and the nest milk in the blender.
- Add the unflavored gelatin into a container, add 10 tablespoons of water and mix, then microwave for 30 seconds, then pour into the blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Grease a center hole pan with oil, pour the mixture inside and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- In a pitcher put the lemon jello, the very hot water, the cold water and stir well.
- Remove the gelatin that is in the fridge, make holes in the edge of the form and in the center pour the lemon gelatin inside and put it back in the fridge until it is firm. Help yourself!
