- Plain yogurt2 tablespoon
- Oat bran2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 coffee spoon
- Xylitol Sweetener1 tablespoon
- Strawberry1 unit(s)
- Green Grapes cut in half to taste
- Peanut paste2 tablespoon
- White chocolate60 g
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave every 15 seconds
- When it's melted, add the peanut paste and mix well until it's homogeneous. Reserve.
- Place the egg in a glass or large bowl and beat well with a fork until frothy.
- Add the natural yogurt and beat again
- Add the oats, the xylitol sweetener and mix well until smooth.
- Lastly add the baking powder and mix gently
- Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds
- Carefully remove from the microwave and wait for it to cool completely.
- Unmould and place on a plate
- cut in half
- Put the 1 tablespoon of white chocolate peanut butter in the filling and add the halved green grapes
- Close the cupcake and cover with the other half of the white chocolate peanut butter
- Decorate with grapes and strawberry đđ
- Ready đ great snack or pre workout option đȘ
