  • Dark Chocolate250 g
  • Wheat Flour3/4 cup
  • Melted Butter3/4 cup
  • Sugar11/4 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Hazelnut Essence2 tablespoon
  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Milk Cream1/2 unit(s)
  • Milk chocolate200 g
  • Chocolate Bunny1 unit(s)
  • Easter Egg to taste
  1. Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt. Reserve. In a mixer beat the eggs until you form a whitish cream. Gradually add the sugar and then add the butter. Then add the hazelnut essence and salt and beat a little more.
  2. The last step is to put the wheat flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch and melted chocolate and beat. Place to bake in a greased shape and take to bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Place the milk chocolate in a bowl and melt. Then add the cream and mix well. Take to fridge for 10 minutes.
  3. Open the easter egg and place the chopped brownie in the egg and then cover with the chocolate ganache. Then put the rabbit to decorate.
