- Margarine or unsalted butter125 g
- Refined sugar3/4 cup
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Supplyable chocolate chips to taste
- Beat the sugars with the butter in the mixer until it forms a cream and mix the ingredients.
- Add the egg and beat again
- Add the flour and beat again
- Add the yeast and mix with a spoon
- Add the chocolate chips
- Assemble the way you prefer in a shape (no need to grease) and leave it in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden (don't leave it too long so it doesn't get too hard)
- As soon as you take it out of the oven, wait until it cools down well and take it out of the mold only when it releases effortlessly and without breaking.
