- Vanilla essence to taste

- Sugar8 tablespoon
- Corn starch6 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Butter1 to taste
- Separate the whites from the yolks, then beat the egg whites.
- Beat the whites until they create a volume and gradually add four tablespoons of sugar, then add the yolks.
- Once all the sugar has been added, continue beating and adding the cornstarch until it forms a dough.
- Add the yeast and vanilla, grease a mold with butter and place the dough.
- Preheated oven from 180° to 200° for twenty minutes or until ready.
- After the cake is ready and cold, cut it in half and add the chopped strawberries.
- Melt the chocolate and place on top of the cake.
- For the topping, beat the cream with the rest of the sugar until it becomes a whipped cream.
- Then put the whipped cream on top of the cold cake and put the rest of the chopped strawberries.
