- Medium Strawberries10 unit(s)
- Granulated confectionery to taste
- condensed milk200 g
- Chopped semisweet chocolate30 g
- Unsalted butter1 dessert spoon
- Wash and cut the green stems of the strawberries and dry well with the help of a paper towel. Reserve.
- In a pan mix the condensed milk, chocolate and butter and cook over low heat (about 12 minutes) until you get a brigadier with a texture to roll.
- Transfer to a container and let cool. Then take to the fridge for at least 2 hours to freeze.
- Grease your hands with butter and shape the brigadeiro to envelop each strawberry.
- Pass it on the granulated confectionery and serve next.
