- Chocolate wafer200 g
- Butter100 g
- Dulce de leche400 g
- Strawberry300 g
- Fresh cream300 ml
- refined sugar2 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder1 tablespoon
- In a food processor, crush the biscuit with the butter until it forms a moist crumb.
- In a 22 cm round mold with a removable bottom, place this biscuit crumb on the bottom and sides of the mold, pressing it well with your hands. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- When the base of the pie is cold, place the strawberries cut in half, cover with the dulce de leche and finish with whipped cream (beat the fresh cream with the sugar).
- Take it to the fridge for 3 hours, unform and sprinkle chocolate powder.
