Strawberry Pie With Chocolate

Preparo da massa:
• Misturar a manteiga, o açúcar,  o ovo e a farinha até incorporar todos os ingredientes;
• Abrir a massa em uma assadeira de 25 cm de diâmetro;
• Com o auxílio de um garfo fure todo o fundo da massa;
• Leve para assar com um peso ( feijões crus) para a massa não subir no meio;
•  Assar em forno médio por + - 30 minutos ou até a massa dourar ereserve.



Dough preparation:
• Mix the butter, sugar, egg and flour until all the ingredients are incorporated;
• Open the dough in a 25 cm diameter roast;
• Using a fork, pierce the entire bottom of the dough;

• Bake in a medium oven for + - 30 minutes or until the dough is golden and set aside.



Preparo da geleia:
• Lavar os morangos e reservar alguns para a decoração 
• Picar os morangos;
• Coloque  em uma panela o morango,  o açúcar  e o suco do  limão;
•  Leve ao fogo baixo mexendo as vezes até chegar ao ponto de geleia e reserve. 


Jelly preparation:
• Wash the strawberries and reserve some for decoration
• Chop the strawberries;
• Place the strawberry, sugar and lemon juice in a pan;
• Take it to the low fire, stirring occasionally until it reaches the jelly point and set aside.


Preparo do creme de chocolate:
• Coloque em uma panela o leite condensado,  o creme de leite e o chocolate picado;
• Leve ao fogo médio mexendo sem parar até engrossar e reserve. 

Preparation of the chocolate cream:
• Place the condensed milk, the cream and the chopped chocolate in a pan;
• Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and set aside.

Montagem da torta:
• Depois da massa assada e fria coloque toda a geleia no fundo da torta;
• Despeje o creme de chocolate por cima da geleia;
• Decore a torta com morangos.

Pie assembly:
• After the dough is baked and cooled, place all the jelly on the bottom of the pie;
• Pour the chocolate cream over the jelly;
• Decorate the pie with strawberries.
