  • Dough: Biscuit Maria200 g
  • Margarine50 g
  • Filling: milk700 ml
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Corn starch4 dessert spoon
  • Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
  • Sieved yolk2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Topping : strawberry box1 unit(s)
  1. PASTA: Pass the cookies through the processor until they form a fine crumb. Place in a bowl and mix margarine until it forms a smooth dough. Line a removable rim pan and bake for about 15 minutes. Reserve.
  2. FILLING: Bring the milk, condensed milk, vanilla essence, corn starch and the sifted yolks to a boil. Mix well, stir until it forms a cream, let it cool and add the milk cream. Place the cream in the mold on top of the already baked dough.
  3. Roof: Wash the strawberries well and cut into slices lengthwise. Arrange over the cream, let it cool well. Place in the fridge to finish hardening. Unmold. Serve cold.
