- Pasta Pass the cookies through the processor until they form a fine crumb. If you are going to grind in a blender, sift all the farofa before proceeding with the dough. Place in a bowl and mix the margarine until it forms a smooth dough. Line the bottom and sides of a removable rim pan, bake for about 15 minutes. Reserve.
- Filling In the blender, beat the cream, condensed milk and strawberry juice powder until a very creamy and homogeneous consistency is obtained, pour over the dough and decorate with the strawberries and take it to the fridge for about 2 or 3 hours. Unmold and serve chilled
