- In a pan put 4 cream, 1 condensed milk and put it to cook until it becomes a consistent coverage about 15 minutes stirring non-stop, at the point you will let it cool to put it on the platter.
- While the white cream is cooling you will cut the strawberries into slices.
- Put the soft cream and strawberries around it.
- Then you melt the chocolate bar and add the cream to form the ganache, now just put it on top of the white cream and strawberries, put it in the fridge for 2 hours and enjoy!
