Rice flour, or oat flour11/2 cup
FILLING: milk1/2 cup
Condensed milk1 unit(s)
Butter1 tablespoon
Maizena1 tablespoon

M.p. PASTA: mix all the ingredients of the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands, adjust the dough on the baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 min. FILLING: mix the stuffing ingredients over low heat until it boils, turn off the heat and set aside. ASSEMBLY: spread the stuffing over the already baked dough, cut strawberries in half and place on top of the stuffing.
