  • Egg whites4 unit(s)
  • Sugar200 g
  • Maizena80 g
  • Cream200 ml
  • 30% MG sour cream (very cold)1 can(s)
  • Sugar50 g
  • Strawberries (or the fruit of your choice)250 g
  • Powdered / Confectioner's Sugar1 cup
  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff / snowy. When you start to assemble, add the Maizena little by little and then the sugar. Beat well, it should be firm and shiny.
  2. Place the preparation on parchment/butter paper to create a thick circle. Bake in the oven for 1h20m at 120ºC. You can do this the day before as the meringue/meringue needs to be cold to move on to the next step.
  3. Before serving, whip the cream / sour cream into whipped cream. Don't forget that you must have 30% Fat and be very cold. When you start to assemble, add the sugar little by little.
  4. When ready, place over the meringue/meringue, evenly
  5. After cutting the strawberries into pieces, place them over the whipped cream and sprinkle with powdered/confectioner's sugar.
  6. There's a Pavlova, the meringue/meringue should be firm and crispy on the outside and melty on the inside. Enjoy your food !
