Condensed Milk1 can(s)
Milk500 ml
Corn starch1 tablespoon
Egg Yolks2 unit(s)
Vanilla essence1 to taste
Strawberry500 g
Whipped cream1 unit(s)

Break the cookies into large pieces and dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk.
In a pan put the milk, condensed milk and the cornstarch dissolved in the milk. Stir and bring to a boil
Add the lightly beaten egg yolks. Stir until thickened - about 10 minutes
Remove from heat and add vanilla essence.
Assemble the dessert: in a container, intersperse the cream layer, cookie, cream, chopped strawberries, cookies and cream. Decorate with whipped cream and strawberries. Place in the fridge and serve chilled.
