- Wash the strawberries and cut them, add them to a sieve and squeeze a lemon and let it drain. This prevents the strawberry from releasing water.
- Add condensed milk, milk cream and nest milk and heat until creamy.
- In a container, beat the whipped cream until it has the texture of whipped cream, if you prefer, add 2 spoons of nest milk to the mixture and beat it together.
- To assemble separate into 2 layers. Cream, meringue, strawberry and whipped cream. After that finish in your preference and take it to the fridge until serving.
