- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Strawberry Jelly1 unit(s)
- hot water250 ml
- Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water and wait for it to cool. In the blender, beat the dissolved gelatin, the condensed milk and the whey-free cream, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Pour the mixture into a dish or in the form of a central hole lightly greased with margarine. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours before unmolding (if applicable) and serving.
