- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Strawberry500 g
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
- Beat the condensed milk, the cream, the gelatin and 300 g of strawberry without the leaves, in the blender all at once
- Put everything in a glass dish or in a silicone form and leave it in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
