- I started by washing the strawberries and let them drain well to let the water out.
- In the blender I put the condensed milk, the cream, and the gelatin envelope. I beat for about 5 minutes
- Then I put the mousse on the platter and put the chopped strawberry on top.
- Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until it freezes well. Then and only serve
- Great and quick dessert.
