- Condensed milk400 g
- Sour cream400 g
- Strawberry Juice Powder12 g
- Strawberries24 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Take the cream, condensed milk and 12 strawberries in the blender and beat everything very well then add the strawberry juice powder and beat again.
- For the broth. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- Put the sugar and water in a pan and bring to a low heat, stirring until there is a syrup, then turn off the heat.
- Place the mixture on a platter and add the syrup on top and place in the fridge.
