strawberry gelatin sachet1 unit(s)
soy cream2 cup
strawberry syrup2 tablespoon

Put the gelatine sheets to soak in cold water.
Prepare the strawberry gelatin according to the package instructions.
When you add the hot water, also add the drained gelatine leaves and stir well to dissolve.
Then add the cold water and stir.
Pour the gelatin into the blender cup, add the cream, turn it on and let it blend well. Remove and pour into small molds previously passed through cold water.
Refrigerate until solidified.
Before serving, dip the molds in hot water, unmold and decorate with strawberry syrup.
