- gelatin sheets2 unit(s)
- strawberry gelatin sachet1 unit(s)
- soy cream2 cup
- strawberry syrup2 tablespoon
- Put the gelatine sheets to soak in cold water.
- Prepare the strawberry gelatin according to the package instructions.
- When you add the hot water, also add the drained gelatine leaves and stir well to dissolve.
- Then add the cold water and stir.
- Pour the gelatin into the blender cup, add the cream, turn it on and let it blend well. Remove and pour into small molds previously passed through cold water.
- Refrigerate until solidified.
- Before serving, dip the molds in hot water, unmold and decorate with strawberry syrup.
