Strawberry Jelly

Amasse grosseiramente com um garfo os morangos, junte ao xilitol misturando bem e deixe descansar em temperatura ambiente por 5minutos

Coarsely mash the strawberries with a fork, add to the xylitol mixing well and let it rest at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Após o descanso, coloque em uma panela pequena, acrescentando o limão, mexa bem e ligue em fogo médio por aproximadamente 20minutos, mexendo sempre para não grudar na panela, quando começar desgrudar da panela desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar, mexendo levemente para não empelotar 

After resting, place in a small pan, adding the lemon, stir well and turn on medium heat for approximately 20 minutes, always stirring so it doesn't stick to the pan, when it starts to come off the pan, turn off the heat and let it cool, stirring lightly so it doesn't stick.
