450 g of strawberries 1 cup (tea) of sugar ½ lemon juice

Strawberry Jam 🍓 Simple

Numa panela média, coloque os morangos, o caldo de limão e o açúcar. Leve ao fogo baixo e deixe cozinhar por cerca de 30 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando, até formar uma calda grossa e os morangos ficarem bem macios. 
Com uma concha, transfira a geleia ainda quente para um pote de vidro esterilizado, deixando cerca de 2 cm até a tampa livre. Feche o potes com a geleia quente para formar vácuo.

In a medium saucepan, place the strawberries, lemon juice and sugar. Place over low heat and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until a thick syrup forms and the strawberries are very soft.
With a ladle, transfer the jam while still hot to a sterilized glass jar, leaving about 2 cm until the lid is free. Close the jars with the hot jam to form a vacuum.
