- Strawberries340 g
- Refined sugar120 g
- Lemon juice5 ml
- Wash the strawberries and cut the leaves
- Cut the strawberries into slices and mash them on top of the sugar.
- Add the lemon juice and mix. Let it rest for about 5 minutes
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Transfer while still hot to a glass jar.
