- Sugar130 g
- Lemon5 ml
- In a pan, place the strawberries clean and without the stems.
- Coarsely mash with a fork, add the sugar and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- The pink foam that forms can be removed if you prefer, this will prevent the jam from becoming cloudy. After 20 minutes of boiling, the jam should be thick.
- Pass the spatula in the middle of it, if you open a channel that does not close, you can remove it from the fire.
