Sliced clean strawberries

Adicione o morango em uma panela, coloque o açúcar por cima e ligue o fogo médio. Deixe por 1 a dois minutos até o morango começar a soltar água.

Add the strawberry in a pan, put the sugar on top and turn on the medium heat. Leave for 1 to 2 minutes until the strawberry starts to release water.

Mexa tudo e deixe ferver, mexendo ocasionalmente para não queimar.

Stir everything and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally so it doesn't burn.

Cozinhe até o morango começar a se desfazer e o volume da panela diminuir pela metade. 

Cook until the strawberry starts to break down and the volume of the pot is reduced by half.

Deixe esfriar e depois guarde em potes herméticos e refrigere.

Let cool, then store in airtight containers and refrigerate.
