- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder or chocolate powder6 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Granulated chocolate1 unit(s)
- Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves, dry with a paper towel and set aside
- In the pan, take the condensed milk, the butter, the Chocolate powder, and the cream and stir until it becomes like a curling brigadier (when it starts to release from the bottom of the pan)
- Turn off the heat and then place the brigadeiro on a plate to cool.
- After the cold brigadeiro, take small portions and wrap them in the strawberries, imitating coxinhas, finally, just pass them in the sprinkles, put them in the fridge for a few hours to be very cold and it's ready to eat
