- Strawberry gelatin1 unit(s)
- Heavy cream1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Strawberry to decorate to taste
- In a blender, add the hot water and gelatin. Let it rest for 2 minutes;
- Add the Heavy cream and condensed milk and beat until smooth
- Transfer the mousse to a refractory and refrigerate for at least 2 hours;
- Cut the strawberries into the shape you prefer;
- Decorate the mousse with cut strawberries;
