Strawberry dulce de leche pavé

Misture o doce de leite a uma caixa de creme de leite. Leve ao fogo médio mexendo sempre ate que fique um creme pastoso e liso.
Deixe esfriar. 

Mix the dulce de leche with a box of cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until it becomes a smooth, creamy consistency.
Let cool.

Em uma travessa vá montando as etapas do pavê.
Molhe os biscoitos no leite e vá montando na travessa os biscoitos um ao lado do outro. 
Corte os morangos ao meio e coloque sobre os biscoitos,sempre com o corte voltado para os biscoitos.
Por cima do morango coloque um pouco de creme de doce de leite e comece a montar as camadas do pavê seguindo a sequência : biscoito, morango, doce de leite. Até que finalize o creme terminando com os biscoitos . Reserve .

Derreta o chocolate branco e junte à uma caixa de creme de leite.
Após montar a última camada de biscoitos, cubra com o creme de chocolate branco e decore com mais morangos . 
Leve à geladeira até que fique gelado. 

Melt white chocolate and add to a box of cream.
