- Sparkling Rose1 to taste

- In a container, add the strawberries, blueberries, sugar and mash until you form a puree. If you prefer, you can leave it with larger pieces.
- Transfer to a bowl and add 2 sprigs of thyme.
- Put the ice cubes and complete with the bubbly.
- Finish with the thyme branch. Now it's just serving. Enjoy your food.
