Em uma panela adicione quase o leite todo, reserve só um pouquinho para dissolver a maizena.
Agora adicione a maizena dissolvida no pouquinho de leite que reservou, isso é para não empelotar, adicione o leite condensado, as gemas peneiradas e ligue no fogo médio.
Ficar mechendo o tempo todo para não empelotar até o creme engrossar, ele vai ferver, então continue mechendo por mais um tempo até ele ficar consistente nem muito ralo e nem muito grosso pq conforme vai esfriando ele ficará mais firme.
Desligue o fogo, acrescente o creme de leite e misture.
Esta pronto o creme branco, agora passe para uma travessa e deiche esfriar completamente. Eu coloco na geladeira para acelerar o proscesso.


In a pan add almost all the milk, reserve just a little to dissolve the cornstarch.
Now add the cornstarch dissolved in the little bit of milk that you reserved, this is to avoid lumps, add the condensed milk, the sieved yolks and turn on medium heat.
Keep stirring all the time so you don't lump until the cream thickens, it will boil, so keep stirring for a while longer until it's consistent, not too thin and not too thick because as it cools it will get firmer.
Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix.
The white cream is ready, now transfer to a platter and let it cool completely. I put it in the fridge to speed up the process.


Enquanto isso, prepare as duas gelatinas juntas em 400 ml de água quente e 400 ml de água gelada. Reserve até o creme branco esfriar.

Lave os morangos e deiche picados no tamamho desejado, eu parti em 3 partes.

Wash the strawberries and leave them chopped to the desired size, I broke them into 3 parts.


Para montar é só colocar a gelatina em cima do creme branco e ir colocando os morangos, para finalizar leve a geladeira por no mínimo 2 horas. 

E esta pronta essa sobremesa deliciosa!

To assemble, just put the gelatin on top of the white cream and put the strawberries, to finish take the fridge for at least 2 hours.
